This universe is based in duality, the only way to get beyond that is to fully "be in" Unity which requires moving out of time. As long as there is time, duality will be present.

The assumption of non-duality may be the key to make quantum physics better understandable, resolving much of the weirdness about the so-called observer induced collapse of the wave function.

Without a second point of reference, in any given situation, there is only being. Even being needs the duality of not being, otherwise, how could we be aware of the simplest state?

I have not watched this yet because I am on vacation. From geopolitics and agriculture, we have learned the strengths and weaknesses of moving away from duality towards singularities like unipolarity and monocrop, and there's little uncertainty in the security that arises - confirming a universal law of nature - from multipolarity and ecosystems; but the inner experience of overcoming duality in the way I am suggesting is counterintuitive because it is an experience of more simultaneity, not less. So, while traditional practianers of consciousness and inner-world seem to suggest overcoming duality by reducing binaries, the universal law of nature suggests more. Let's do a u-turn and go towards more social constructs that form a complex system that defends uncontrolled positive feedback loops. I am suggesting that the experience of total dissolution of self and the attainment of awakening/enlightenment is less simultaneity/duality and thus, there's more to discover.

Sorry sometimes I am posting even when it has been within 14 days of my last drink of alcohol, which makes my insights and ability to be precise in articulation fuzzy. I definitely do not suggest expansion of social constructs without simultaneously expanding/dissolution of self into source. Pretty much I am always using and applying this visual aid: duality is a line with infinite gradations between two points, but can be expanded beyond duality by having several, if not infinite lines, with a common end, and shooting at a unique angles from that center making sphere where dualities approach asymptotically the center on one end and the perimeter of the sphere on the other end. This can be expanded by adding more spheres that overlap. During the pandemic I was overwhelmed with the idea that so many people wanted a change to happen but were so obviously defending dogmatic points of view where their dualistic thinking could have benefited by asking them to see how the opposing point to their own was actually true and false simultaneously which would mean the same for the point they held. Basically the simplest way to get someone to open their mind is to ask them to first look at their dogmatic points and pick them apart like the theory of relativity picks apart matter into simultaneity. I wanted to scream from the rooftops. This is just a visual metaphor of course because you could see the benefit of using lines that go to infinity meaning a perimeter of the shape is defined by the points on the line/spectrum. and so many more visuals depending on what you want to demonstrate. In this comment I have no point to demonstrate, I am just applying the parallels suggests by this visual metaphor to tentatively see what it demonstrates, and right away I can see that if it is true that a way out of unipolarity is to have multipolarity there is no reason not to go in both directions both towards total dissolution of self as well as more and more complexity and system of social constructs. Like I said, everything is pretty fuzzy right now.
