What are the front and rear suspension rates (rubber colors) for the ultra 2 upgrade?

They're not standard. It depends what the distributor chooses when places an order with the manufacturer. Ask your seller what they selected.

How do you waterpoof it? I have the ultra 2 up 40ah sitting here and a can of silicone i just dont know what all to do.

There is no official guide. I suggest looking up videos on silicone application. Basically you identify open gaps and cover them. Keep in mind this will also prevent moisture from gettting out.

Whats the iprating on this, Im in Sweden alot of rainy days like the uk.

Doesn't have an IP rating but it can be considered I'd be IPX5

You could and should of been doing the waterproofing for sum years now, after owing a mini n getting court in the rain 🌧 and selling it for parts , im afraid it's too little to late for me and buying a new wow waterproof dultron 😢

Do you mean you can't afford a new Dualtron Mini at the moment ? You could consider a pre owned Dualtron on which you can do waterproofing yourself using instant gasket maker.
