I like that the "secret" to dillashaws success is no secret at all but just strong kickboxing fundamentals trained in a safe manner.

Epo has to do with the hard weight cut to 125, it had zero to do with him becoming a great striker 🤦🏻♂️

Let's just say 95% hard work and smart training, 5% drugs...but 5% is a lot of min maxing in a game of centimeters.

CAN anyone give me advice?? I have terrible flat feet, two feet I have a 38" vertical...but one foot I can't stand on the balls of my feet, bad balance... anything I can do, different kicks, or a different combination or drills to help with balance?? ANY input will be helpful. Thank you for these videos, I boxed golden gloves when I was young...trying to expand on it now that I'm in my 30s.

great instruction by tj. i honestly think hes making a mistake though going down to 125. why change weight classes if ur having success at 135?
