I've doing this but instead of using the jab I use the rear hand. This is much more effective and efficient. Good thing I found this.

i remember when tj fought cody at ufc 217 and all my friends in school were telling me that cody was gonna win. i was the only guy that was backing tj's name and my friends were so confident. after the weekend i come back into school on a monday and all my friends mysteriously disappeared..

I prefer this over the superman jab (made famous by GSP), much quicker and has the same objective of making it seem like you're throwing the lead leg kick but throwing a lead hand cross into the oppo stance.

I don't think there's a set number. The more times you practice it the better obviously, but that's dependent on your own training schedule. And since this is just one of many moves that should be practiced, the limit is that it has to be balanced into the rest of your training.

We saw how ineffective the switch cross really is when you applied it during sparring against Lomachenko. Totally telegraphed it which was easy for him to read - leading him to slip and move away and later counter-attack you.

It’s useful when u can use the right leg to kick after the switch and it is also used in boxing but in that case it’s a body shot

@@TjDillashaw1 will be happy to see it, i can go 30min hard sparing in boxing after all drills and also do bjj class but i suffered heavily in wrestling class which i experienced first time, i got tired after just two rounds of sparing
