If you have an US, Canadian, or European Union passport just use the automatic kiosk where they take your eye scan. If you go through the immigration counters then can eye scan or photograph or both. Thank you for sharing! I’m coming from Us traveling to Dubai, do you know the process in there customs dept? Is a passport all you need, and do you need to feel out any applications there or do they ask you simple travel questions for Dubai policy travel?

Thanks for the compliment. The custom process is very simple there are two signs in the baggage claim area one is green and the other is red. If you think you have nothing to declare then you can go through the green zone and if you think have something which you think can be described as an item which can fall in the category of duty then you are suggested to go through the red zone. Sometimes the customs official randomly stops a passenger and asked them to go through the machines to have their luggage checked. You also don’t need to fill out any paperwork. @@hilifetravel8764 ok I see, and when I arrive there do I need to convert my US dollar to AED or can I automatically use money for Uber etc? And also I assume my phone service won’t work, considering I’ll be out the US, so do I need to get a new SIM card there?

@@Robjohnnetwork you can use Uber and if you have T-mobile you phone will work but the cost of phone calls will be .25 cents per minute and the internet would be slow. I n my opinion you should get a local sim card from any big local phone company their prices are not high. Credit cards work everywhere in. Taxi and in shopping centers but just change some dollars in case of an emergency. The rate of the dollar against Emariti Dirham is constant for last fifty years which is 3.75 dirham to a dollar.

I need ur help brother. I want to travel to Afghanistan with two different airlines. From Germany to Dubai with flyemirates and then from there with another airline to Afghanistan. So do I need a visa? As my next flight will be like in 5 hours or something and I am gonna just stay in Airport. So do I need a visa in this case ? Thank you

Sorry for the late reply. If you are flying out of dubai and you are flying emirates airlines they have a code share with fly Dubai airlines. Make sure that you call Emirates airlines and ask them if you need the transit visa. Thanks for watching my video. Please consider subscribing my channel.
