Hey Colin Love watching your videos each week. Can I please just pick your brains? We’re taking our 15 year old grandson away next week and are wondering about buying a toilet tent for privacy purposes. Can you please advise which you would recommend? Thank you so much. Hey buddy, I have the wolfwise toilet tent, it's been amazing for me., It's the only one I can recommend as it's the only one I've ever used. It's easy to put up (a bit of an art to put it away again though so practise at home first 🤣) and great for a little toioet privacy ;)

Contrary to manufacturers instructions, I have found it much easier to peg out the square base of the awning correctly, blow it up and then shuffle the van up and down until the correct distance is achieved to attach the awning to the rail with the correct degree of tautness. I never seem to get the tent square and it takes much longer to erect and a faff, the manufacturer's way ?

Hey there, what awning do you have? Mine is the Outdoor Revolution Cona poled. Looks very similar to yours, great bit of kit. And…have you tried the magnetic fixing kit?

Hey we have the Vango Kela air awning, we love it (mainly because we got it cheap 🤣) Tried the magnetic strips before getting the rail fitted but we don't have enough metal for it to connect to properly and it kept coming off 🤣🤣!

@@Yorkshirepoptopadventures I usually throw the guys over the van, although I’ve got an awning rail. Fixing it to the rail is ok if I’m not going to be moving the van. I’m thinking about trying the magnetic fix just to keep the edge of the tunnel flat to the top of the van. Mine is a Mitsubishi L300, flat top so probably ideal for the magnets 😀
