Can't wait to see that orange frame cutting through your fairings. I genuinely didn't think I would like this bike looking at the thumbs (each to their own but the videos are still great either way which is why I am still watching it) but your eye for design always continues to amaze me. Keep it up.

Thanks, it's one of those ones that's really hard to explain as it's constantly changing in my mind as I'm creating it, so I could never nail down a photoshop concept. But now is the exciting part.

@@forthebold Totally, but now it is coming together I think the negative space of the frame slicing through the fairing will look seriously cool. IT's not an easy one to do as a photoshop job either way!

Ah coffee time and an FTB video, life is good. Love you dedication and it shows that you don't need loads of tools and space to create great bikes. One tip don't pour lay-up resin in to a pool as it may overheat as it is designed to be spread thinly.

Yes more room and a dedicated area for mess would be nice. But a quick blow from the air gun sorts it all out.

Fantastic progress! It's amazing how you've transformed that wobbly, lumpy, foam prototype into the crisp, sharp, fibreglass lower fairing in the video. Liked the use of your old number plate as a palette for the body filler too! By the way, how did we cope before power sanders?! The bike's looking good already with the fibreglass - can't wait to see it all in carbon.

@@forthebold little tip for next time, use house plaster like poly filler as it's cheaper, easier to sand and as it's not on the car/bike it doesn't have to be so hard or tough. I've made plenty of plugs for tools and it works great as long as you spray filler primer over your final shape

Hi, the bike is starting take shape and the amount of work you put in is immense, I do have one concern and that is the sharp V about half way up the side of the fairing, its a thin section and a sharp V will be a stress concentration, I would hate to see all that work spoiled by the finish fairing cracking after a short time in use. It may be that there is enough meat on the bone so to speak hard to tell from the video just looks a bit slender from back here. Hope I'm wrong and I'm sure you've got it under control. Can't wait to see the finished item. Cheers
