LOL! How you think the full Akra system is not "loud" is beyond me. I respect your opinion, however I would say my Akra system is as loud as it could be without sounding like a straight pipe. When you say you like it loud and obnoxious, you are not kidding! I wish you the best of luck, I had Termi on my last Ducati, however it looks like their design team is taking too many wine breaks.

Installing the termi on my v4s in a few days. Looking forward to getting rid of the anemic stock exhaust. You scraping the bottom of it on leans is a bit concerning so we'll see.

Seriously considering that MGP exhaust. Decent price and cheap spares just in case. Sounds pretty good but there’s only a couple videos out there with them. Shouldnt have clearance issues and looks like it fits with the Akra lower fairings too

Hey Bill, I think Australia may have the solution for you. Check out Van Demon full titanium exhaust, not cheap but very light and functional.

Hey Bill...had you considered using the SC Project mid pipes from the 3/4 system you didn't love and then swapping out the too quiet cans for the race version SC Project ones? Should fit pipe diameter and fixing brackets. Or go a step further and adapt some Termi or other silencers to those mid pipes? Austin Racing, Akra, etc all sell "generic" silencers in various sizes, DB levels and finishes that could probably be easily adapted.

I ordered a SF and I plan to just cruise around on the weekends…I like the look of the stock exhaust and Termi exhaust sitting low and kinda filling out the bottom look of the bike…but for a exhaust I would really want the crackles and pops…what exhaust would give me that the best?…

I loved the sound of the termi’s on my SS, so I put them on my SF but they were too loud without the baffles. I love the sound with them in. Are you running with the baffles in?

Sorry bill, I don’t like it, I put the akrapovic under belly exhaust on my sf, has fixed baffles but sounds more racey & higher pitched, damned expensive though. Loving your s1000r at the moment, I think it may be my next bike 👊✊️✊️
