When you remove the stock mirrors how did you fix the gap between the screw and the support that holds oil n brake liquid. New screw or some hack that prevented it from moving?? Thanks in advance.

Hey Biker4life, I purchased and fitted mirror blanking plugs (8mm: 1 x clockwise 1 x anticlockwise) black billet aluminium did the trick,

I want to get a pair of theese mirrors for my bike. Saw that you took them of for later videos. What happend? Did you end up liking them?

Yes, one of the mirrors was damaged, and the strangest thing is that I have no idea how it happened. Initially, it wasn't a big deal, but over time, it started to irritate me, so I decided to give them away. I did intended to replace them with a smaller pair, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was impossible to find a suitable replacement. I only wished these mirrors were scratch proof for the money, but this will not stop me to buy them again.

how scratch resistant are the mirrors? would they be suitable for adventure or dirt bikes?

Good question - personally I wouldnt have them for adventure or dirt bikes but this is just me, I've already noticed a very mark on mine, will have to investigate further,

@@peppipeppi51 Very good question - motogadget website mentioned complex plasma coating process in a vacuum used, which is made resistant to oxidation, corrosion and scratches - so I'm excited to see how this goes for me.

I am having the hardest time tightening the adapter to the inside of the handlebar. Any advice? I bought the same adapter and I am trying to install it on a 2019 Aprilia Tuono.

I did not used the inserts only the long bolt, but I would use something like electric tape and wrap around the inserts for a tigher fit than tighten afterwards

@@TheEarlster Great! I actually read through the instructions again and was able to install it correctly. Also, the OEM bar ends were quite heavier than the bar end mirrors with the adapter. Do you notice a difference in handlebar vibration after installing these bar end mirrors?

Mine the same, ie the bar end weights are heavier than the motogadget mirrors, I was a bit worried at first but no vibration as yet, not taken her over 80 mph / 129kpm happy so far, now I'm wondering if I could get away having a smaller mirrorless version. PS I've lost one of the end cap so make sure you secure yours tight

@@TheEarlster Got it! Thanks for the advice. On the instructions, they say to only hand tighten the end cap but my bike (Aprilia Tuono V4) revs hard and I am sure this will loosen the end cap like it did yours.

Cheers Adam, well my plans were to keep it has a track bike, but I’ve not committed to any track events this year, my RSV4 is just to awesome to sell, but I'll see what the future is like next year, how yours? still enjoying her?
