Duck is a brilliant guitar player....one of the best there is.....but is not the best teacher in the world. This is a very basic tune but may put beginners off for life.....

I wouldn't say it is a basic tune, or that this is a beginner's video. At the Grossman Guitar Workshop I know that Fred Sokolow have made some videos intended for beginners in fingerstyle guitar and some other guitar styles. As for 'best teacher' , who is that ? I find that his teaching work on this advanced level, but there will always be different opinions, and one person's method may not work with everyone. This clip is also a part of a much longer video with tablature, and assumes you already can play fingerstyle guitar, or that you're willing to spend time learning it.

This is part of a longer video with tablature, and most of these videos assume that you already have mastered 'alternating thumb' fingerstyle. They are all quite demanding, but if you want to learn this music you have to focus enough time on one video, or yet better one song or tune at a time to pick up the nuances.
