Thank you for sharing this recipe!! I couldn't for the life of me find a good simple recipe for a whole duck, and I had already bought the duck... It was my first time making it and it turned out so so good!

What did you do with the wings and bones?

heberildo... thanks for the contact... I make stock with the bones and render the fat from the rest of the skin and the wings... I freeze the stock for later because I don't use it in this recipe...
