They are so hard to kill on the first shot. All ways be ready to give a diver a double tap ( or even a triple ) LOL!

Do you always shoot 3 and 1/2s?

I have been all over the board the last few years with shells. I was shooting a lot of 3.5" shells a couple years ago. But that was all i could find with the ammo shortage. I use to be a big fan of Kent 3" 1 1/8oz of #2 or #4 in my remington with a factory modified choke. My go to in my Winchester latley is a Federal Speed Shok 3" 1 1/4oz of #3 or #4. With a mid range carlson creamator choke. This seems to be very effective out to 40 yards. When I'm shooting well I very rarely have to shot birds a second time. I dont really enjoy shooting 3.5" shells. Unless Im hunting geese or diving ducks. But even then a 3" shell is more than enough in my opinion.
