Ducky One 3 TKL Review - Better than Logitech? (YES!) + Sound Test

Anyone getting one of the Duckys without LEDs beware the setup for Macros is hell. And I've been running into nothing but issues and no one seems to be clear on what to do. The ducky manuals are shockingly bad and people online are also a bit confused on how to work this keyboard without LEDs as there's barely any indicators to show if what you're doing is working. Why not just release a software for the keybinds/macros. Instead it's this stupid manual setup that's all over the place. The build quality and design of the keyboard is Top Notch, which is why I'm even more pissed at how shitty the setup is cause I don't want to send it back, but it's also not worth the hassle

Hello! I am totally new to mech keyboards. I just bought one on Amazon but I didn't even realize it was too small, missing keys such as the Home key - and it's also US layout, without the extra key to left of the letter Z. I learned later that I should have bought a TKL keyboard. By the end of this month, I am going to invest in a new mechanical keyboard. Please, kindly suggest a few keyoards for me - I am slightly overwhelmed and it's hard to decide, so I turn to you experienced guys. My major criteria are these: 1. TKL or full size, but preferably TKL. 2. UK layout with 3. Either RGB backlight or illuminated switches (doesn't matter) 4. High profile (I cannot stand low profile keys) 5. Price below £150. Please kindly advise. At the moment, I am leaning towards this Ducky keyboard but if there is a better one (which also looks good), I will consider.

Hello. This ducky one is quite nice, however my personal recommendation for you would probably be one I have never made a video on. The Glorious GMMK TKL (not the pro version but you could have a look at that too). I have used the GMMK TKL for maybe 4 years now and I still like it. You can buy a premade one or just as a bare keyboard and pick your own switches and key caps. Even if you get a premade one, its all customisable in future. Plenty of great options, but that's the keyboard I've used for a long time. Good luck. Edit: I am pretty sure it's possible to get a UK layout, just keep an eye out that you buy the right one. Same applies to most keyboards

Ducky is an overpriced and overhyped keyboard. If you ENJOY PAYING FOR HYPE then go for it.

Can you see the keys at night? As you said the light does not shine through the letters.

If it's quite dark in your room then you will struggle to see the letters. You can always change the keycaps if its a problem
