I mean, both drivers are assholes. the cammer ignored the fact someone was merging and instead decided to drive up right behind them before they braked and presumable laid on the horn, should have just moved to the left and continued on, and i doubt there would have been any further issues. How about removing licenses quicker for repeat offenders instead. This also goes for registrations. If someone else in the house also needs the car they need to prove they are a licensed driver to keep the registration and if the one who lost the license drives that car the again They get charged for DWoL as well the registration removed. Just increasing fines is incentive to write more tickets and make more money for the state/county/city. Punishing just the real infractions with something that doesn't make governments more money makes it so less chance to abuse the system by bureaucrats.

#2 towing a trailer in the left and not passing but actually going slower than the rest of traffic. And then when you had time to get over to the right, you swerve back to the left in attempt to block the car. What they did waan't right but you are clearly the bigger danger here. He was trying to control traffic. I know the area. I drive it every day and that three lane becomes a two lane. When the dotted lines disappears the lane is still really wide and people try to pass you like its two lanes, even though it is now one lane. He looks like he tried to make it one lane before the dotted line disappeared and when the white car went to pass on the left he got mad.

See that sign at 8:09? That there is a ticket trap. Take the wrong on-ramp and you get pulled over because you're in the carpool lane. People from out of state especially have no idea what "HOV 2+" even means. Google guides you there and then you get pulled over with no idea why.

I traveled through Italy last year. There were a lot of cars and motorbikes, narrow streets, little parking and oddly shaped intersections. The entire time I was there I didn’t see any accidents or even close calls. No horn honking or road rage. At one intersection there were three different streets merging into a one lane street. I thought for sure there would be a problem, but it went very smoothly and quickly, with everyone politely waiting their turn. Very impressive.

Automakers should change horns so they sound for only the first 2 seconds you hold them down. Afterwards they shut off, but your car's speakers continue to make the horn sound so you think you're still blaring your horn.
