The way he describes meeting his icons is exactly how I felt meeting him. Yooh the humility, the kindness the work ethic, and how he Just solves a matter on the spot.. I was really humbled and inspired. He Is indeed one of the greatest and inspirational South Africans. I really resonate with his political ideologies. Wishing him only the Best going forward. 🙌🏾

@@Qotha Nigerian school children donated their lunch money to the Mandela Fund; Everyone who worked for the government had their salary deducted and the money was put in the Mandela Fund; Obasanjo and his Ministers (local and federal) contributed millions (in dollars). Nigeria refused to sell their oil to countries which had dealings with the Pretoria regime. All in all, between the contributions and the oil embargo, the total came to $61 BILLION. All South Africans of University age based in Nigeria were entitled to Free university education. The government issued 300 passports to South African exiles. Schools and colleges were encouraged to form clubs to sensitize the masses about Apartheid. In Tanzania, Nyerere gave the ANC 600 acres of land to build the SOMFACO college in honour of Solomon Mahlangu. Tanzanians build the structures. Today, in Morogoro there are hundreds of graves of the South Africans who died of Malaria in exile. MK and Poqo (APLA) weren't the only military wings based there PLAN (Namibia, MPLA (Angola); FRELIMO (Mozambique); ZANLA and ZIPRA (Zimbabwe) were all based in Tanzania. The West were unhappy with Tanzania for hosting the revolutionaries, they (IMF and World Bank) refused to give Tanzania loans or grants, destroying Tanzania's economy. The ANC HQ was based in Lusaka and likewise, the Zambia economy was tanked because of their stance against the Pretoria regime. The Pretoria regime bombed the whole of Southern Africa and destroyed infrastructure (roads, railways, hospitals, schools, telephone lines) to the tune of $28 MILLION (dollars not rands), they also killed thousands. In 1963, Sekou Toure of Guinea included Miriam Makeba in the Guinea entourage to the UN, and they made sure she was able to address the UN on the issue of Apartheid. When she was stranded in the USA, after her SA Passport was revoked, it was Tom Mboya (Kenya) who arranged diplomatic travel papers for her. Jonas Gwangwa used to travel on a Kenyan passport. Zuma used to travel on a Somali passport. And this list is not exhaustive. Even if South Africans are upset at the influx of foreigners, you need to find a diplomatic way of airing your grievances, killing people on the street is not it. Zuma used

@ketie, in every familly, the other children always think others are favourites. Its doesn't mean, other children feel less loved, but is based probably on attachment. I'm from a big familly, we always said my big brother was a favourite, but we were all loved and provided for and there was no hate at all.

I don’t understand. If he was never prosecuted and found guilty why were his properties seized and his bank accounts closed. There are so many corrupt politicians and business people, whose assets etc were never seized.
