Man, I once played against a guy using Yugi's basic Season 1 deck, against my Gravekeepers. I already had necrovalley on the field when he tried to play a monster reborn. It took forever to explain to him that he couldn't get his monster from the graveyard, and then when I played gravekeeper's stele it took another eternity to explain what "not affected by necrovalley" means. This was followed by a tirade that alternated between cursing me out, and claiming that his brother had taught him the game so he knew the rules better than anyone, even claiming that IF he were a judge, he'd rule in his favor. That same day, I switched to DevPro.

Normally people who dont know the rules play on devpro. Devpro is ultimately easier and more ding dongage happens there. Though no cheating ive been accused of "hacking" the game files to win.

My favourites involve my opponent accusing me of adding red-eyes darkness metal dragon from my deck to my hand, despite the total lack of viewing deck message or deck shuffling animation. What I actually did was reveal it in my hand, before declaring that I was using it's effect to banish red-eyes black chick and special summon it. My opponent kept telling me to put it back into my deck before rage quitting and reporting me for cheating. I also had an amusing rage quitter telling me to learn the rules, because they were trying to argue that the tuner monster, dark resonator's "once per turn" wording meant that it's effect (where the first time it would be destroyed by battle, it is not) only applied during my turn and not theirs. Good times...

One of my dumbest Dn stories was, I was playing with some random dude it was turn two and all he had were set cards, and as I was taking my turn he told me to stop. So I did. He told me I lost because I had 310 and he had 307 or something along those lines. I asked him what he meant and he repeated it. (He probably copy and pasted) at the time I was with a friend and he was just as confuse as I was. I thought the dude was talking about the leaderboard score but none of the scores were the numbers he was saying. The rando started saying I needed to concede defeat for that same exact reason with no further explanation. So I called an admin an waited. No admin ended up coming and the site timed out. But I finally realized what he was trying to do like five minutes later. He was going into games trying to trick new players into conceding so his score could go up. He probably got a bad hand too. XD

Here's my story: I have two Sage with Eyes of Blue in my hand and Normal Summon of them to activate its effect of adding a Light Tuner (think it was Maiden with Eyes of Blue or one of the white stones) to my hand. Then I send the second Sage to my graveyard to activate the card's second effect to target the first (which sends that one the grave) to Special Summon a Blue Eyes monster from the Deck (Blue-Eyes White Dragon) to the field. My opponent claimed I cheated by saying that I can only Summon monsters from my hand of my first and called my an idiot. I copy and pasted the entire text of Sage and posted the wikia page of the monster as well as links about Normal and Special Summoning and he still refuse to believe it and thinks I'm in the wrong. Even after he rage quit, we've traded insults and harassed each other. Until the day that DN was active every time I see that user's name in a duel I send his opponent's messages that he's a idiot and doesn't know how to play. Plus the guy makes misplays and cheats all the time. Man, DN have a bunch of idiots over there (mainly the 100/0 and other under people). Oh Azneyes, I think I faced that user skm99 before on that site one time.

Yeah I've encountered some rage quitters before. I joined this one person's match where the note read: "No Meta Decks pls" and I was like: "Well... Gustos aren't exactly all that good right now they're like Tier 3? Tier 4? I'll join." I activated a couple of combos and he was like: "I said no meta wtf" I replied: "What do you mean this is like the lowest of low according to the meta right now therefore it's not meta." and then he just quit XD

This is why something similar to Dueling Network(i miss it) must happen again. I always had lot of laugh when dueling people there with new players being convinced how they know rules-. Waiting an hour or two for admin to come, salty ragequits, all kind of crazy attempts to cheat. All of that added charm to DN. Making it feel like dueling in real life with manual card placing, watcher chats, people seeming more friendly etc. Here's hoping Dueling Book will be good legacy to legendary DN.:)

One time I rage quit on DN, but for good reason. I was playing Exodia (lol) and I activated Reckless Greed. I turned off Auto Draw after drawing 2. In the chat I also would and did put the turn count for Reckless Greed (1/2 and 2/2) but the guy still says I drew for my turn. He got one of his friends to watch the duel and tell the admin I was drawing and I just said fuck it, if you really want the win that bad just take it. Don't be a piss ant.
