Oh my gosh....my sister sent this to me as I was having a rough day and this is honestly the most heartfelt and beautiful TTTE Trainz film I have watched so far. The scenery, music and voice acting was very reminiscent of the old series and I adored the interaction and chemistry between Duke and his grandsons. I loved watching Sir Handel and Peter Sam grow up to be hardworking and wise and seeing the love they and their Grandpuff have for each other. I couldn't help but laugh along with them, and I teared up when Duke got locked up alone in his shed after his grandsons were sold. It honestly reminded so much of what we're going through now during this rough times: having to self-isolate, not being able to see or talk to anyone, the crushing loneliness it brings. When he started telling that story to himself I wanted to reach through the screen and hug him! I also like how we got to see Stanley get redeemed--I actually felt quite bad when he went down with the mine. (Though I was a tad confused at first as in the TV series it was Smudger who became a generator). And of course the ending where Duke is finally reunited with his grandsons and meets the Duke's son made me blush with joy! Words cannot express how much I love this minifilm. I wish Mattel knew how to make great TTTE content like this. I'm glad we've got fans like you who know how to make wonderful stories to cater to people like us who grew up watching the show as children and are coming back out of nostalgic fondness and at an age where we can love and relate to the characters even more. Thank you, for making a beautiful minifilm about the most underrated, yet very much beloved 3 little engines. It was high time they deserved their own little film

This is honestly one of the best comments I've ever received! I'm glad you found delight in this video to break your rough day. I've never compared Duke's staying in the shed to the self-isolation we're going through now. It's a good analogy. Thanks for your comment! :)

An absolutely heartwarming movie to end this series. I cried and chuckled at some parts and I like the expansion you've made to the original stories (like Stanley, how Duke got his nickname "Granpuff", the prologue with Duck & Dukes, etc.) It has been an honor to be a part of this as the Small Controller. I thought I wasn't going to get a part in this movie (for I was worried it wouldn't be noticed because it's a small audition when roles were open), but I was so overjoyed when I heard I am in it now. Thank you very much! It's a shame this is the end, but I still wish you (as Skarloey puts it) "Dry Rails and Good Running!" It has been a wonderful ride with Rails of the NWR.

And I thought I got stuck into the MSR/SkR lore, but... gosh, this is amazing. From the intense scenes in Bulldog, to the more comical bits in You Can't Win, the emotional moments throughout the entire story leading up to the inevitable closure... it's all beautiful. I love the extra bits you tossed in as well: the prologue with Peter Sam eagerly telling Sir Handel about Duke coming, the Duck and Dukes story itself, Stanley being a bad influence on Falcon, when Falcon and Stuart called Duke "Granpuff" based on a comment they heard about a child wanting to talk to their grandpa, Stanley's redemption and demise, even the apology between Sir Handel, Peter Sam and the other four engines. If this is your swan song for content, I'm very happy you went out on a good note. Good luck for the future.
