Not being an asshole but we gotta add greatest song writer as well , I’m so lucky to have seen him as many times as I did, the first time I saw him was in 83 I believe, I was thirteen and he played on the basketball court at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa and I’ll never forget how god damn amazing that performance was and Howie Epstein made the biggest impression on me, from the way he was dressed to his energy and backup lyrics, he’s my favorite bass player well if I’m being honest everything about Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are my favorite. They stayed true to themselves and never wavered. Southern Accents is I believe the greatest album in the history of music. My first Petty album and I wore a few tapes out I’m my imitation walk man lol

Everyone who knew him said how nice and down to earth he was and he seems so ; like he'd make a best friend,as well as looking as a fair Angel.I grew up 200 miles south of him but of course never met him- I'd have married him ! Yeah - his 2nd Wife was out on a dinner with his manager while he was dying alone .If she had her feet in the house, he'd probably be alive .then, after they revived him ( well, his heart) she yanks him off of life support .Then she had his dog put to sleep, ,then fought with his Daughters over the will money, ninety five million dollars, each willed a third - I'd of just been happy with 32 million ! Oh- Tom once said if he died, his fans should contribute to the American Red. Cross. Hurricàne relief Poor guy thought she loved him, well he loved her. So, on her birthday, she's saying we all should give to Planned Parenthood - fahqued her !
