First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Love this fast dumbbell work out. Always looking for short workouts i can layer. As usual from Amy, this one is well-choreographed, well-explained and just hard enough to be very good but not impossible. Thank you

Oh man, thank you Amy. I workout with you 3x a week and you have changed my fitness life with your amazing workouts. I use your 3 day a week db program and swap in your new 20-25 min workouts. They work so well for my schedule with a little one. I’ve been down with the flu for 8 days! Today was my FIRST day back. Woohoo.

I got to the gym for the first time in a year today and wanted to cry when I first got there cause I’m embarrassed at how I look now. I did this workout and yes I struggled but I pushed myself and I’m much stronger than I thought I was. Amazing workout thank you x

Thank you so much for a medium-length workout with a standing warmup! I was able to do everything, and just dropped to lighter weights on the side plank rotations in the 2nd round since my back twinged a little on the 1st round. Challenging, but doable--which I love. these 20 mins workouts are really good for when you don't feel like doing a long workout but still want to feel like you did a long workout with the exercise order you do them in + when you mix it up thinking "oh yep she's done right" NOPE, not done lol ❤️
