Honestly, I love these workouts so much. Learning to lift and workout with dumbbells and kettlebells, trx etc has been a game changer. Home workouts, hotel gyms, etc. You really made an impact on a lot of us and our health.

Sincerely it is perfect programme. I was thinking and I would like your opinion, if i can replace the dumbbells and do this workout with one kettlebell. And the reason I ask you is because the kettlebell I have is heavier than my dumbbells.

Such a good workout, thank you!! Love the follow along format as I don't have to worry about timers and all myself. Having the timer on the screen is also very useful as I can mute the video (no offence :P) and play my own music in the background! Maybe you could link the stretching routines by using cards when you mention them as people will be much more likely to click. Thanks again!

I appreciate the simplicity of the workout. I tried a "beginner" leg workout that had me doing 1-legged deadlifts... anohter that had me doing squats on my tippy toes the way you finished, without the dumbbells for balance.. WHAT?! XD

Gosh how I dislike Leg day. I've been doing your Push/Pull/Legs workouts with added Abs after each for months now, but I do stop for a few weeks at a time. This inconsistency always comes back to bite me when I do Leg day. My poor thighs feel the burn for days after and I'm like an old lady as I struggle to sit on the toilet and walk about. I've begun doing after workout stretches and it helps vastly with sore feelings days later. Anyway, thank you for these at home workouts! I've lost weight and built a little muscle and aim to be consistent this time.

Firstly a huge hats off for this guy to give us such amazing workouts.Thank you so much alex. Secondly can someone give some advice? I'm 18 yrs old 71kg and when I do this with the best form that I can do I still ended up having lower back pain which is kind of right above the butt. I do push pull legs and an off day after those three on which I do only half an hour of hiit cardio. Also I only use one pair of cast iron dumbells each weigh ing 6.5 kg which is approx 13-14 pounds? Is it because of overtraining? It would be of a huge help if someone can point out what I am doing wrong

I do one full body workout and then i do another one but that time i focus on certain a part (like chest, legs, arms each time) and then finish with either abs workout or light cardio / streching. Total workout takes around 1 hour 15 minutes. I was already in a good shape before but i can say that these workouts helped me to maintain the shape and improved me. Keep going, at least 3-4 times in a week and and u’ll get there eventually 💪🏽

@@mmtmn Thank you for replying! I've been working out for like 7 months now, but my problem was that I never really followed a schedule so my workouts would be unorganized throughout the week. I've been seeing fit people do "Push, Pull, Leg" and I wanted to try it so I can be more organized. All I have are dumbells at home so I looked up "Dumbell Push, Pull, Leg" and this guy showed up. I've never watched Crockford's vids before so I wanted to hear feedback, I usually watch Bullyjuice or Chris Heria.

@@CorruptedKing7 I only have 2 dumbells and a resisdance band at home, its more than enough for anything. Just stick with a routine and plan your workout. Also like everyone says, its about getting enough rest and eating healthy. When u balance these 3, you get your results in 5-6 months. 💪🏽

Quite late but he has push pull and leg dumbbell workouts I’d recommend cycling through them so one each day in that order that way u Will he enough rest and still be able to work out

It depends which exercise, but not specifically no. I would suggest really looking at technique, lowering weight, activating Glutes, and increase core strength!
