I had a cuff injury for a full year. I was told keep going to strengthen the muscles AROUND the injury. This workout is now my go to! Love it, it's working.

arm day was yesterday but it's nice to be reminded of some exercises. I hadn't done a kick back for a while (do other tricep exercises) and reversing hand position is also a useful reminder/tip. I do get a bit lazy with my exercises - in that I do exercises to work muscle groups but I use the same exercise for it. Once you have a workplan you kind of stick to it ... in my case, laziness in not making a new/revised one. So it's good for me to be reminded to change it up 😁😁👍👍

That was great. I wish it included the entire upper body with chin ups. It's so easy to install an over the door chin up bar for home workouts. Also, I would love to see this exact format of safe sitting or stable movement while doing heavy weights but for the entire body. Thank you for a great workout

I used 8 pounds for the whole vid (but switched to 5 when I needed a lower weight) 😬 proud of myself cause I was shaking at the end

Oh wow Leanne, 8 pounds is amazing strength!! Is this class also suitable for men? I just saw this video and started this lesson but it was really difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 pound dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped around 6 minutes mark! I really wish I can be so strong and empowered like everyone here!

@@rupinjeremiah9589 Both men and women are able to follow any workout video regardless of what the title says or if the trainer is any specific sex! We all start somewhere, and I can guarantee that me (and everyone else in the comments + even the person who made this workout) started from nothing. Never feel embarrassed that you are using low weights/or no weights or taking longer breaks, because we've all been there. YOU GOT THIS! I am so proud of you for trying your best. DON'T GIVE UP RUPIN

I am really amazed that your light weights are also sooo heavy! Wow! Is it good if I can try this again but without any weights at all and see how much longer I can last in the lesson? I really want to build strong arms and have some self worth and confidence!

@@rupinjeremiah9589 I have absolutely no doubt that you will become stronger and closer to your goals by putting in the time and effort. Start weightless, take breaks as needed but get right back into it. Soon enough you’ll upgrade to weights and from then on you’ll see nothing but improvement. The hardest part is starting, once you do that you’re half way there! Good luck!

You need to put a timer for the audience to have rest between the sets, overall the exercises were quite good, but you were doing them quite rapidly.

Usually I feel really bad when working out and after the workout itself (because I do it maybe once a month and it's usually for loosing weight) but I realised that I really like biceps workouts and I feel great which as I said is very unlikely

This is super fast with no breaks. Either you can slow down or you can add 30 seconds break!!

@@celestewilson9139 Yeah that's what I did, but it became so frustrating with changing the dumbbells' and trying to do the exercise properly. Speed doesn't always translate to muscle definition.
