​@@malikhaidar maybe adjust the angle? I used to have that kind of problem too , so i drop the weight and use lightweight and adjust the angle of my elbow , should be around 45° , until i can feel and get used to it.

Dude this humbled me real bad. The chest workout had my arms feeling much more sore than my chest. I didn’t even feel anything in my chest. Well maybe I did it wrong too. But after all it’s motivating me to try getting better at it. I’ll try the rest of the exercises now. I wish all young brothers luck on their journeys ✌🏼

the floor press doesn't hit the chest much as the bench press, so do chest flys.

@@Blackhoodieboilets go man! I’ve done this workout the last couple days about four times with 1 max 2 days rest now. It’s great to see some improvement in both physical and mental strength. I love it! But always make sure to do some warm ups before. Just search for upper body warm up.

You missed the triceps though, but standing overhead dumbell extensions should do

Great videos to follow thanks for posting. I used to lift weights yrs ago and am 65 today. What do you all recommend as for a good weight to use for each of these arm and chest shoulder workouts? I can curl 20 and 30 lbs no problem with 12 reps x 3 sets.

A hits your triceps because of the hold but if you want more Tricep focus, you can swap out E or F for a Tricep exercise you like :)
