mhommed bin tughlaq's name is still used as a slang to call someone authoritarian or a bully dictator. well if you go a little deep into history his policies were not entirely dumb, It's just that he wanted to do everything hard and fast without planning. Also he was suuuper paranoid of everything; he successfully stopped mongol invasion(big deal) but he suddenly ordered 10000 mongolis who had converted and settled outside Delhi because he feared rebellion. when muslim head cleric disobeyed him he imprisoned and tortured that high ranking fellow(rare) also about the changing of capitals it was not a sudden decision but occurred over years this too was because of his paranoia sorry for bad english 🙏
