Ult needs either a wind up or duration nerf. It’s like they looked at Freya’s ult, added Anubis’ tick, and then AMC’s protection shred but even better. Which is insane to me because that got nerfed from 20% to 10% during s9 AMC mid meta. It’s also baffling that ult doesn’t have a higher CD.

That... Shouldn't work. It might work that way in the game currently but that has to be a bug. It shouldn't proc 4 times because Marti's basics are only supposed to trigger items once, even opponent's items. Also, if this is how it works, Phalanx is also busted into him because 1 basic attack gives you 30% attack speed and 21 prots.

I really hope they allow wards outside of grass to see into the grass if it’s in the range of the ward because right now it only works if the ward is in the grass which is kinda useless when the grass has like a 15 second cooldown or something and could always be moved 1 pixel to the side of the ward making it useless for spotting enemies in grass

The thing is, with freya, her ult is best used as an escape, since she's build for autos not skill damage, it really shouldn't be hitting very hard. Marti, however, can get away with dealing boatloads of damage and pen shred no matter what his build because it's just inherently so strong.

If you're having trouble with Marti, I recommend playing Hou Yi. His three can literally ignore all the damage of Marti's kit You can trap Marti into your ult after he lands Hou yi's two makes Marti's bushes useless. Hou yi can absolutely out-box marti (Stronger autos with two and like I said before, can dodge all of Marti's abilities. You don't want to waste abilities on an ability-based hunter) Jing Wei is also good against Marti, but I recommend Hou Yi because he's just stronger and more viable in the meta. Hope this helps!

Meanwhile me: Never have a problem fighting him and is usually the one I’m least concerned with in the match. I legit never get annoyed at fighting him or get annoyed at his ult. I know people say he is the outright best hunter. Which I agree ofc. But man that ult never gives me issues. I gank him, bait it out, and then destroy him when he lands. Even in team fights he isn’t that annoying to me.

Sounds like ur the jungler, and that would make sense to why it doesn’t affect you. You can stay on the outskirts of the fight and only engage when you want to, imagine having to lane against an ability that does more than half ur HP bar and you can’t hit the enemy while they use it.

@@Kwc32 I mean. Maybe. Carry is my least favorite role in general. But even as support, solo, and even mid, he is hardly annoying to deal with to me. The times I am annoyed at him are more so the teammates peeling for him well. Yeah laning against him sucks as a carry. Though the rare occasions I do, I’m usually playing Charybdis, danza, or Ishtar. So getting in and out aint the biggest deal. But fair assessment, I am a jungle main primarily.

@HookahOtaku I don't mind Janus because there's comps to catch him out, and he's not played every game whereas Charon is in every game. He has three effects for every ability, he's extremely tanky for free because of his passive, he's hard to chase down with a 2.5 second channeled escape and one you can't slow or knock back and he roots you if you try. That doesn't even include his easy applied silence that you can apply all the time with the smallest amount of cdr. Everything but his passive is bloated and egregious

Inter, I'm sorry but as good as I am ( Leinhartxl the arena GOD) Marti ult is NOT easy to hit all shots on most players especially if they are mobile AND you want to survive upon landing. ( We all know how unaware randoms be in arena). Marti isn't that good, he doesn't even have good mobility outside of the ult. The only reason you survived in the clip is cause you were babysat
