There are two instances that stand out for me in this video. First at 23:16 Ben is suspicious of his opponent so looks through his previous games and declares that a player rated 800 can score 69% accuracy which is good for a player of that rating. Why? How can you make such a statement? It’s time to realise that if your opponent makes multiple blunders and you take advantage of them you will have a high accuracy. It’s not always about what you do. It’s about what your opponent allows you to do! Second at 23:53 Ben does not realise that black now has Qg1 = Mate. The only reason Ben moves the knight from b1 is because at 24:24 “I really want to get my knight into play” He does not even realise that Qg1 = mate. Moving the knight has kept him in the game. Proof that you can make a good move by accident! At 26:36 Bc1 would have blundered mate. Chess is won by the player that makes the second to last mistake! He played Rf2 not realising his queen was hanging. Your opponent is better than 800 based on that performance. But with the chances you allowed him it’s hard to judge.

I've been playing bullet of late (2/1) and on a few occasions in the last month I've had points back because of unfair play on my opponents part. I'm not sure how people can cheat in bullet. I guess in a 2/1 you have just enough time to be checking engine moves, but still.

There are browser extensions which can read the board as you play and show the best move. People can even cheat in 1/0 if they want.

Not convinced of cheating, I had a look at the game with my fish and while they made a bunch of decent moves there were a lot of better ones, including some I saw just while watching. You were rushing your as you had to go sell your digeridoos (hope that went well), is it really that crazy that an 800 can come up with some good moves against a 1500 when they spend twice as much time?

24:45 you dint spot your opponents mate threat, so a bit lucky that you did not play Qxb7, Probably Na3 was one of the best moves as it opensyour rook.

A few days ago I got absolutely smashed by a 160 rated player who didn't make a single mistake - right through until the endgame. In unrated rapid, I lose more often against
