I found out that the neck from the Easy 13 can be a replacement for the Dummy 13's stiffer neck. That way the figure has more articulation for the head.

Yeah it’s a tiny bit smaller than 1/12. 1/12 is usually 6 inches and this is 5.5 inches so it’s probably the best that will work unless you scale it up like he said
