Gday guys how is everyone today? In this video i do another dumpster dive and find an awesome electrical cabinet , its crazy to think this was on its way to be landfill but thanks to the Devil Forge Furnace i now have a heap of awesome pieces for my shelves.
Now I constantly get emails from people who want to help support the channel and how can they without donating so i tell them they simply can just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out alot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻and like I always say if you like the rings shown and used in this video be sure to check out the description where you can get 20% off the already discounted rings using my code and if you want to try your hand at melting yourself you can buy the burner on its own or the whole furnace set up and I can organize a 5% link for you off the total furnace price just email me on bigstackddddd@mail.com 😁👍🏻.

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it??????.
****************************************************
STEEL FOR MY FRIEND
I keep all my steel and cast iron pieces and I give them to my friend and once he gets about a tonne from me and his own collecting he takes that to the scrapyard and sells it then he buys some beer and comes over to my house and we make a night of it.
No My friend doesn’t have a KZbin channel he just scraps metal in his spare time.

Hey D, I don't know why but I love to watch you take and break stuff apart. I really wasn't expecting you to end up with the amount of finished items you did. Your overall skills have improved so much since I started watching. Everything was great but I was very impressed with your sand casted double sided badges.⭐ Also the big aluminum ingot was impressive straight out of the mold. Your work is awesome and I'm always looking forward to your next pour. 👍❤

I like you showing the scrap outs before the melt. That's another reason why you shouldn't change a thing

Very cool! Good recycling. It's a shame the garbage people don't pull it out for scrap. They're missing some value from that material. We home recycle almost everything.

It's always good to find good stuff to melt in the trash, and then turning it into a work of art. With the 3D printers, you can basically make anything you can think up. Great video my friend, until next week. 🍻🍻🍻🐺

I'm not gonna lie to you BigD. That first piece you pulled out wasn't a paper basket or a basket at all. Aww, both your boys love their dad... even if Ingot was being aloof.

I recommend that you buy a small polisher, although I don't know if you already have one, but the small polisher will serve you to polish the parts that have little space

Great find. I don't understand why people throw that in the trash bin. For your sake, glad they do. The copper coins always look good. 👍
