It is the same in the US. If it is on the curb and the curb stretches about 3 or 4 feet inward the supreme court has a ruler that it is considered abandoned property and anyone is allowed to take it, although it isn't worth it to get into a fight over it.
@E-BikingAdventures8 ай бұрын
It has nothing to do with how much a curb "stretches". It's 6 feet from the road side or curb. That is serviceable land. Anything left there is considered abandoned. However, being under construction with equipment may have some exceptions.

It’s thankfully not super common but yeah, there are lots of folks out there who totally buy into the manufactured infighting to feed their personal progress myths. So many people actually believe they’re “temporarily inconvenienced billionaires in the making” rather than the one bad month away from being dirty and homeless which more closely reflects the reality. If I could teach them I would, but at least you and I know their bad attitudes come from an absolute fiction

Why didn't the I-Beam go in as Prepared? Also, why didn't you keep the I-Beam? Throw it across your rafters as a lift point for your soon-to-have winch, or for an A-frame, or for a super sturdy bench edge to hammer stuff on.
@lukelegg9915 Жыл бұрын
longer than 4 feet, cant go in as prepared
@thubprint Жыл бұрын
Yeah, I would’ve had to cut it in half to get prepared which would mean bringing it home. I’m basically on tunnel-vision looking through a long list of video projects over the next few months so unless I can quickly see how I can sell a thing or use it as part of a video, I don’t want to take more stuff home. I already found something I could’ve used that for though so I definitely should’ve kept at least a piece of it! 😅

@@thubprint - Lol, the way she goes. Keep it, you never need it. Toss it, you need it the next day. Didn't know that about prepared, so you just get general shred price for it? That sucks. Yea despite the homeowner being the one who ordered the bin, if its parked on public highway (ie the road) its fair game. Different if its on drive, but this literally can't be tresspassing considereing its public land. You stick your rubbish in a bin, to get rid of it, and then complain when someone wants to re-use / make money from it. Some audacity lol
