I prowl the city streets in search of dumpster loot, curbside treasures & scrap metal as well as scour the river bottoms for lost valuables during the summer months when I can scrounge up enough money for gas. those yellow "trees" are WiFi antennas. they are made of Aluminum

For any locked dumpsters, you can fold the lids up in the middle and slide them out from under the bar then just reverse it to put them back.

Julia, that is a beautiful name. I hope things get better for you and you find happiness and your personality changes to reflect such a beautiful name. I'm sad for you that it has gotten so bad that you think the only way to make yourself feel better is to say such negative and hurtful things to strangers who did nothing to warrant such hostility. I hope you discover that wonderful feeling when you do the exact opposite and say nice and uplifting things to someone. I challenge you to for one day only say nice things and see how it feels. It is such a better feeling and the rewards are amazing. Just think if you said 5 nice things to 5 people who might be having a shitty day and make them feel good then they are nice to 5 people and so on. Nothing good comes from hurtful words. Think about it and try it, it's the best experience you will ever have. And I am pretty sure Mike does care about each and every one of us. He seems like that kind of guy. Take care and have fun spreading positive words.

I swear Mike you and scrap and pallet man inspire me all the time. You to just jump in and grab and go and not to forget the snippets haha. And the scrap and pallet man to make money and keep things out of the landfill. I just turned in a load with multiple things and got near $100. Small sorting and some extra time definitely pays off. I love to do it to have some money to help go into the emergency fund haha

The stainless thing you got at around the 12:10 mark is for a catering company buffet setup warming rack to keep the food warm for the buffet. The holes in the bottom are for the alcohol burners

Mike I'm happy to see you back in action. Those strange antennas you found are called Yagi antenna. If there is a name on it like DB Products or something else may be used for short range communications. I have simular antennas I use on the Amateur Radio bands. Here in upstate NY by The St.Lawrence River it has been in the mid 90's with humidity close to 80% talk about uncomfortable weather. It has been that and more. Those commercial led lights I take apart and repair.l That plasma screen this I get paid to take them away. I get called when there are 8 pallet loads to save on gas. Keep cool out there Mike.
