In the mod menu “loot”-“extras” you can config to only pick up stuff with a certain quality (huge time saver) so you dont get you inv full of random torches Also you can recruit shadowheart,astarion,etc. with the menu, when i played the mod i used minsc minthara and shadowheart and tav

Shadow curse is why u always have a Light source around in this mod so u don't have to kill everything twice. Especially something like the Light cantrip on something tanky like a Paladin or a Barbarian.

I haven't used the ToT mod much, but enough to find out that Roguelike BG3 works out really well with a party of only rogues. Sneak and Murder-hide tactics really gets the most out of that first turn of setup.

If you want rogue but want more attacks, multiclass a little into Fighter (or even Warlock, a Martial Bard, a Paladin, whatever gets you extra attack) and take Thief as your Rogue subclass. Pick up Dual-Wielder and Two-Weapon Fighting somewhere along the way. Dual-wield Rapiers. Sneak Attack, Second Attack, Bonus Action Offhand Attack, Second Bonus Action Offhand Attack, all with Rapiers. Plus Smite, Eldritch Smite, Battle Master Die, whatever additives you have from whatever Extra Attack class you choose.

i did a solo run as a barbarian on this mod and tbh bear heart barbarian is op you just divide all dammage by 2 and if you don't use your reckless attack and you equip the cloack that makes ennemy have a disadventage when trying to attack you when you haven't be hit on this turn gg tho this mod is so fun i'm at 100h almost on it tried some other things (with other mods) for fun but still playing an elf barbarian lol

Alr im not done with baldurs gate 3 but im heading towards an ending where i make 2 contracts to sell my soul and they gotta fight for me. I was hoping they made a rogue like game after where wyll is in the hells and has to fight his way out. Whole new game mechanics of fighting that look like uncharted but with trained and seasoned warriors that wyll has to kill. While still keeping the role playing element of him having to gather allies on his journey to escape the hells. And who knows maybe at some point karlach (who in my story secretly loves wyll and tries to protect him from selling his soul.) Enters the hells to help him leave. U got the multiple ends and whatnot as you do your best to escape. I think that makes for a cool game.

Glad you had fun, but i did play this mod with my own set of rules which is: No long rests (you only get act 1 and 2 maps which don't really have chasms) Solo run (not even summons) No barrelmancy or items that disable watchers Bias higher tier enemies Challange mode I'm at 500 ish rogue score and want to hit 1000 and it's so fun seeing people playing the same mode in different ways and still having a great time !

I also loved this mod however I think it would be much better if we had a way to recycle gear we arent or cant use into something we can or even just sell them for consumables. It sucked getting eldritch knight items 4 rounds in a row when im trying to run a cleric or bard.
