I feel like they missed a trick by not including a dune part one steelbook as well as part 2 rather than 2 steelbooks of the same film. It would have made the ultimate set then for dune fans until the next part is released. Lovely poster though

Both steelbooks already released so what you are getting is some numbered limited edition packaging. Don't see this gaining much value but it might look nice on a shelf ...

Lovely set, agree that posters should be ROLLED and housed in tube always (if packaging for edition space allows). I do think that they should've included a limited Dune part 1 steelbook instead of 2 versions of the second. Of course, this is a great business model though as now they can do a set like this for part 3. Not to mention a giant trilogy limited set when all the movies are completed. To be honest I'm waiting for the inevitable triple steelbook collection once the trilogy is complete. I did think very seriously about this set and the box of pain set though, and are lovely editions to have for sure. Lovely in-depth review thanks :)

Pros + beautiful front artwork + Steelbooks look nice + Art cards all form a larger image + Poster is roller rather than folded Cons - unnecessarily massive box - no art on the rest of the box - Just Dune 2 twice, why not both parts? - nothing to read in the book

So annoyed they haven't released an IMAX enhanced version, they made such a big deal about IMAX and now they wont provide the format for home media

Yeah I was slightly disappointed with that. Everything else is spot on. Could of been something nice like some unique never before seen behind the scenes footage or documentary

Better can have at a Steelbook with soundtrack score who is 2 Disc too. And include paper on it with a tracklist. That there missing papers is big flaw.

Really want just the poster and the steelbook to the right. Would've liked a nice enamel pin set instead of a second steelbook of the same film. Or even an exclusive steel of part. Not sure if I'll pick it up but we'll see

Two steelbooks of Part 2 doesn't make much sense to me. Would have been better to add Part 1 and maybe a CD. Definitely overpriced for what you're getting.

It feels very overpriced for what it is. It should’ve had a Dune Part 1 steelbook instead of 2 x Parts 2’s. Also a more substantial book, like the one in the Titanic set. I’d have bought that. £100 for a couple of steelbooks (of the same movie) and a fancy box is a bit exploitative.

This film will be an all timer, but that set is not doing it for me. Absolutely enormous when space is already at a premium, uninspiring artwork imo, 1 of the steelbooks artwork is awful, the book is more like a booklet or pamphlet, art cards are ok and poster would likely never get used. Feels a shame but this is a poor set for me.
