I don't know exactly what monsters you should make but your circle of contamination Druid is a scary enough player class it would make a great NPC monster. Two examples of what kind of unnatural/natural animals would they have mutated and hold sway over. Eight-legged wolves with spider climb and pack tactics. Miss your save and you're poisoned and prone. A delirium taloned hawk or eagle that can swoop down and scoop out some flesh for a contamination check and wounding damage like the sword of wounding. All lead by horrible, horrible druids.

Pluto being able to go hexblade would be deadly. Being able to cast darkness, and get devil's sight to sort out all of his not having darkvision would be a great thing. Also with darkness and devil sight he would attack with advantage, be hit with disadvantage and have his weapon being able to just appear in his hand!!!!

As a suggestion for Pluto's Guide to Monster Slaying, I would love a stat block for the ooze that tried to consume Sebastian in Everett Fried's underground lair beneath the alchemical university. I've already tried to homebrew it once as a combination of a blood elemental and magic resistant ooze. Made for a great boss for a one-shot I ran for my sisters' group.

Pluto going hexblade would then mean drakenforce and the dusk wardens would be 2 opposite sides of the same coin. The dusk wardens are the light group who specialise in being the ones operating in the open doing the negotiating, diplomacy and deception. Drakenforce on the other side of the coin would be an unstoppable force working in the shadows and dark. Veo is the invisible one, Sebastian would be the shadow and Pluto would be the dark one. Also Pluto having booming blade would just add to his arsenal, and if he went hexblade he could have a miniature drift globe around his neck as a focus to replace his broken drift globe, bit instead of sheding light, it would give him devil sight. I have followed you since season 1, and would be gutted not to see this being played out.

Pluto kills another w/ 2 attacks, crit misses on the third. He moves up to another shadow 1:16:42 - The shadow Pluto moved up to whispers to him to kill. He makes the saving taking only 20 damage 1:17:04 - 4 more shadows appear, 2 of them whisper to Veo and Sebastian to kill, they both save and each take 20 psychic damage. The other 2 shadows starts babbling, Veo and Sebastian each take 17 damage and Pluto is stunned and takes 35 damage 1:19:01 - The remaining shadow then attacks a stunned Pluto, who takes another 17 damage 1:19:25 - Round 2: Veo cast zephyr strike, then destroys the shadow near Sebastian w/ her 2 attacks 1:20:46 - Sebastian moves his hex to a another shadow and ashes it w/ his eldritch blast 1:21:53 - Pluto is stunned :( 1:22:02 - 2 shadows whisper to Veo and Sebastian to shoot each other, they both fail. the base stats were that of the Night Walker, but Monty added epic actions to have it attack after each of the player's turns instead of twice on its own turn, you can check the rules for epic monsters in the specific dungeon dudes video about it
