At this past Awesome Games Done Quick, $1,025,000 was raised for the Prevent Cancer Foundation. It only took a week of continuous streaming, 18,000 donors, and many many runners to achieve. A big thanks to everyone responsible for these amazing numbers, what a humbling achievement. For comparison, last year's event raised just under $500,000.

Minor quibble from a very old school D&D buff, they use "Immortal" instead of "god," not because they can't say god (they use "god" all the time in their publications, actually), but because in the Mystara setting, all the "gods" are mortals who have ascended through various tests that allowed them to gain "immortality." They're basically extremely high level, super powerful, immortal beings rather than proper gods.

Dude! Thank you guys so much for this... I remember playing this game in the arcade for hours, but I could never remember the name of the game because I was a little kid. But as soon as the buy screen came up and you played the ship level I knew it was the game from my childhood. Thank you very much!

There's a way to cast it so that it does more damage. You have to guide the bolts a very specific way from what I understand.

+Relijun Steenx , there are actually some practical reasons to using an arcade stick rather than a standard joypad. Directional inputs can be done faster and more precisely, for one. Also the bigger buttons makes certain tasks easier, such as hitting two buttons nearly at the same time but with a small gap between hitting them. When it comes to speed runs, efficiency matters, and it's for efficiency that some players choose to use arcade sticks.

+Relijun Steenx I would say speedrunning a game in the first place would be worth way more nerd points than owning a stick. Tons of people have arcade sticks. They rock for fighting games (and arcade emulation)

This game uses inputs similar to fighting games. Quarter circle forward + jump makes you dash, down, up + attack makes you do a rising attack.
