It only works when the enemy top laner gets desesperate (like this Renek), the enemy jungler is an ad assasin and the enemy team has many squishies. If Renek went MR, he would have won because of better sustain and base damage but dude tried to get stride and kept trying to win trades he couldn't. In conclusion, this build is a troll build but breaks the opponents mental if it works like it did in this case, poor dude
