Love my Srixon cx200 tour with some weight in handle. Dunlop is probably the most underrated tennis brand out there.

I'm still playing the Dunlop Biomimetic 200 Tour. It is the best racket I have ever used in my life and it is no longer manufactured. I bought 4 more just in case. Dunlop is the most underrated brand but their rackets are spectacular.

sx300. incredible racquet with all of the benefits of the aero style, but with better flex and comfort, and lower price. Looks better too.

I have the SX Tour and Babolat Regular, Tour, and Plus. So for me, I get more control and spin using the Babolats, and more comfort using the Dunlop.

Hey man ! What about pure aero tour ? Better than regular 300g?
@GeneralRock1143 жыл бұрын
@@jonilsontapecaria8562 I have the previous version of the Babolats and currently have them strung with Volkl Cyclone 17g at 53lbs, and I think the tour gives the best balance of control, power, and spin between the three.

Thanks for this video....Am using the sx300 tour now.... i do think it is a bit underrated am loving the access to power .... the racket really comes through with serves.... but just out of curiosity. Which of the two do you prefer to play with pure aero or the sx series.... and what type racket personally do you gravitate to eg control oriented? Spin friendly?
@sludge863 жыл бұрын
I think Dunlop tightened the strings in the middle instead of widened. I think the FX500 will be a better seller than the SX.

weird sort of off topic question, but what is the actual purpose of the rubber ring that's always above the handle of the racquet, is it to be used in the case you don't have tape during match for an over grip? Thx
@robertturnip78504 жыл бұрын
It is just to make it look more tidy and maybe offer some protection for the tape.

Yonex Vcore and Head Extreme are also similar to the Pure Aero
@ayayachon4 жыл бұрын
As a vcore 98 user, i wouldnt say so. Vcore can hit flatter shot much better than pure aero. The power it provides is slightly lower than pure aero i must say
@Jham0314 жыл бұрын
Amer Fahmi It depends which vcore. The 98 will have more control and hit flatter balls better with a lower powered response. The vcore 100 will be a lot closer to the Pure Aero.
@rishinatarajan28874 жыл бұрын
@@Jham031 It is probably more similar to a pure drive rather than a pure aero, because it hits flatter shots.

Rishi Natarajan Not the Vcore 100- It is a spin players racquet very similar to the pure aero. The 98 may be more similar to the pure drive. I am a tennis shop owner/stringer like @TennisSpin so this is my livelihood. I know what I’m talking about.

Most people who are looking for this type of racquet are not going to choose Dunlop over Babolat.

Dunlop was owned by mike ashley at sports direct which is why the make had gone downhill badly. Now owned by a japanese company so expect the rackets to be better made and could regain popularity.

Hi! How does the SX600 compare to Head Graphene 360+ Instinct Light?
@allanking63312 жыл бұрын
Dunlop returned to a familiar formula and may have improved on the design. The Aerogel 500 Tour was a very good racquet that followed this same pattern. Dating back to the 200G, Dunlop continues to make some very good racquets with little notoriety.
