Actually that was exactly what Daemon asked for, they just cut the scene early. He knew damn well they wouldn't be able to kill the best sword in that castle XD

Daemon wanted Aemond, but it's easy to assume when they asked what to do if they couldn't find him, Daemon said a son for a son. So that was plan b. Also, complaining about there being a lot of dialogue is weird for these shows. The talking is always the best part. The action is just the cherry on top.

rhaenyra’s dragon syrax was the mother to lucery’s dragon named arrax so that’s why syrax is also crying out and mourning with rhaenyra.

as if anyone needed it -- more confirmation that daemon is just as reckless as aemond. rhaenyra would never have wanted jaehaerys' death, just as alicent would never have wanted lucerys'. now former friends are locked on course to mutual destruction because, as said last season about dragons, control is just an illusion. when war is declared, noble intentions and honorable causes are no protection against atrocities.

The intro is the history of House Targaryen - the Doom of Valyria, the Targaryen Conquest of Westeros, King Maegor dying on the Iron Throne, King Jaehaerys and Queen Alysanne's golden age, the Great Council of Harrenhal which we saw in the first episode, the beginning of the Dance of Dragons with the two factions on different sides of the table, Aegon and Rhaenyra on their thrones on opposite sides and then Lucerys and Arrax being killed by Aemond and Vhagar which started the civil war.

That ending scene gave me chills. And I was 😡 also when that fuker kicked the dog for no reason. I honestly thought they was going to feed the dog to a dragon but I’d seen on Twitter it was for the rats, so he was just a decoy bcuz they walked rite by the king with the rat trap and dog and the king didn’t even blink an eye or asked a question. Welp at least Cole is getting some instead of just giving it 😂

@@DuoReacts I suspect the reaction will be shock and rage... heavy on the shock. The strongest reaction will almost certainly be from Aegon, as that was a strike at him through his son. A son he seems to finally have taken an interest in. His lack of impulse control will probably spur him to a rash and hardcore response, and Aemond will gladly be his sword for that response. The Aegon we saw at least trying to be a proper king will likely be put on the back burner and the anger/emotion driven one will move to the forefront.

We don't know that for sure. This happened a lot in the book and on the show. People assume things about him without him having to say anything. Did he say the 'heir for a day' line, or did Otto lie? Daemon never confirmed nor denied. The way the scene played out, I got the impression that Daemon left it a little open ended, and B&C bumbled their way through things and took the first prince head they saw. They didn't even try to find Aemond. I'll withhold judgement until I see Daemon's reaction to the news.

@@mamaseesa3122 Yeah a lot of folks are just projecting the book onto this instead of allowing it to play out. They absolutely left it open to what Daemon actually meant. It did always seem weird to me to go after Aegon's kids, but they made it clear that both Rhae & Daemon wanted Aemond first & foremost, as would I. If Aemond had kids, I could see them killing one, too, which would make sense.

I will be very honest. Please don’t take this the wrong way. For me personally I was not enjoying Fear like I enjoyed TWD. As much as I want to be a people pleaser and just get through the show I can’t do it. I found myself not enjoying it that much. So with that said at this time I don’t see us finishing that series up. ❤Steve
