Hey Marlon. 6beds 4 baths? Ooooohh. A duplex. 3/2. Got it. Like the front elevation but looking to see where the entrance is. Ok. On the side. Ok space but don’t like seeing kitchens on entry. Like the guest bedrooms layout. Primary a good size. Now you know that’s not enough closet space in a primary. En-suite a little small but appreciated. Get a pool and we’re good. But can a pool be placed in a duplex. Single behind each or smack center and shared? Thanks for sharing.

Yes pool can be build. Can do 2 small private pools for each side or do one large pool to share with both sides. But yeah this is mostly for someone looking to invest or large family that needs lots of space. Glad you liked it! Got some fancy single story homes coming up that I think you will like.
