Compared to today’s lame poser rock bands, Duran Duran sounds like a highly skilled legit rock band nowadays, despite being a pop band back in the 80s. None of todays music rock anymore..its all lame instagram versions of the real thing. I’m also an old metalhead… megadeth, pantera, black sabbath, dio, old queensryche, even type o negative, daylight dies (the metal band, not the pop band), nordic gloom metal like katatonia etc.. you name it.
