Wow! How wonderful that you have such fresh available to you! Me and my wife would love to ask when is the best season to find durian in Costa Rica? Is it available in September or October? Or should we pick a different season?
@FruitForest.CostaRica Жыл бұрын
On the Pacific side the season is fairly consistent around July-August. On the Caribbean side it could occur any time of the year based on weather patterns. Subscribe to the channel and we will give news of the coming seasons.

@@FruitForest.CostaRica Thank you so much for the fast reply! I really appreciate that, I'm subbing right now :) By any chance on the Carribean side what do you consider the best farmers markets for finding exotic fruits in general?
@FruitForest.CostaRica Жыл бұрын
Limon, big Farmer’s Market on Friday and Puerto Viejo small market, Peter Kring’s stall has rare stuff there

Definately not up to the malaysian musang king standard judging by the less color & wringkleness of the sample. Nonetheless still good as you mentioned. Enjoy. 😊

This is a young tree fruit, there is room for improvement.

Fruit quality improves as the tree grows older. That fruit came from a very young tree.
