My dad has a similar story where for the last 13 or so years, he’s been plant based and doesn’t eat animal flesh because he got real sick when I was in high school. I went off to college and came back that first winter break and he looked like a whole different person. Till this day, he’s in his 60s but is an ox! He exercises and cooks and eats well everyday. I really love it for him and our family. I’m his only child and it’s ha y first child in my early 30s but my dad will surely be around by way of his health, to watch my baby boy grow up. My grandfather, for instance, should still be here but he, like I, love some damn steak and he never got right. My dad preaches What the Health and various other resources that helped him along the way.
