Ok so I finally watched the video while I was doing the sculpt and the single thing of not having UVs active in the primitive folder was what didn't make this process work for me. Man you are such a phenomenal teacher.

When i reproject vertox some part of my mesh get missed it doesn't completely cover my mesh i am doing for bear
