Sir...Oh, sir. This is amazing. That's it. That's all I got. You have amazed us all time after time with your unique writing skills and I can only thank you for once again sharing with us a piece of your musical genius.

The chime part is included in the drumset part, so the drumset player is really meant to be responsible for the chimes. Maybe he's not aware of this? Maybe you can ask him for a copy of the "drumset part?" If it is misplaced, maybe you can ask him for a copy of the pages of the score that have chimes on them? So many practical solutions! Thanks for taking the care to make sure you get all the notes!

Whenever I need inspiration or just need to calm myself, I listen to your music. It gives me a feeling that I can do about anything. I love your music and I'm hoping to play one of your songs soon so others can have the chance to listen :)

The percussion ensemble at my school (which i'm part of,) will be performing this piece in 2 weeks at Disneyland for a competition. It's such a wonderful and dramatic piece when it's all played just right. (:

We're performing it in the spring concert. The 3-against-4 is really pretty awesome. Not done very often on mallet percussion.

Sadly it was not. The Heritage Festival took place in San Francisco which we were suppose to attend, but didn't end up doing. It was the "Music in the Parks" festival in Disneyland. Such a great piece!

Nice dude. I follow your work, and this is awesome. I personally really enjoyed the drum-set parts, they were so chill. The low resonance from the Bass Guitar is what makes it. It drew me in from the first sustained note. Nice Job, from one fellow Eric to Another!

@beemer252025 I used Camstudio and set the frame-rate to 15fps, and used a resolution smaller than 720p and sharpened and made other adjustments to the video in Adobe Premiere. It also helps if your processor, graphics card and RAM are up to standards.

What notation software do you use? I use Finale Notepad, and God knows that putting ALL of musical notation within a notation software is just too hard!

Hi, are you the Eric Peel arranging for Voodoo percussion this year?

My teacher didn't give me a music sheet for chimes so he is just telling me the notes I have to play at different times.. but there are like four notes that he forgot to tell me. I'm not sure if I should let him know or just let it be. this is awkward.

I don't have any trios in my collection yet, no. But if I were to write one, what instruments would you like it to be? Mallets or rhythmic? Or a mix of both?
@thejazzman52314 жыл бұрын
Eric Peel Music i personally am a marimba guy one my friends is a vibraphone and marimba guy and the other guy is a good mallet player but he really likes more rythmic drum type stuff
@EricPeelMusic4 жыл бұрын
@@thejazzman5231 I'll try to get a trio with two mallet parts and a mallet/aux part written as soon as I can! For now, you might be interested in my piece "Blue Light" if you haven't heard it. It's written for xylophone, marimba, vibraphone and chimes, so you'd need to find a fourth player, but the chimes part is pretty easy.
