I’m confused on what to do my wife was talking with her medical tech support they asked her to reset her phone to clean up the connections with the medical device she uses her phone no longer has some apps and some settings are not the same. Your video suggestion is completely remove everything from your phone after creating a backup and restore from an earlier iCloud backup. mines a school ipad but if i reset it its gonna delete the app the school put on it to monitor what we r doing at school but when it gets installed your ipad gets erased so i have 2 options to either get my old backup without the school thing or i get a new backup without all my other important stuff
