Really cool. It was a great group and we had a lot of fun. Can only recommend this course to the fullest!

Hey guys, does the steel mace help with golfer elbow? is so, what type of movements would help? Thanks in advance

Love this so much! The red handled gada with the white head: are my eyes playing tricks on me or is it lotus shaped?

It's a prototype of the Dutch Flow Mace. The way it's designed now is even more spectacular! Will be online soon :)

@@TheFlowingDutchman I’m looking forward to it! It’s a beauty :) I’m sure it’s outside of my price range but it can be something to save up for. I’ll be fine with the 4.5kg macebell I just got for a while anyway since I’m recovering from an injury and I’ve just started on mace.

You should come to Australia, do some seminars!

Hey liam, yes I've done that before in Aus. Planning to head to back for workshops and most likely a certification like this there from November/December onwards. If you visit dutchflowacademy.com you can subscribe to the email list to get notified when they're online.
