"Nachtwacht", as the word is pronounced in the video, is but one of the Durch pronunciations. There are many Dutch and Flemish (Dutch speaking) people who do not pronounce the "ch" or the "g" in that "sharp" way (as if the speakers are vomiting the sound). They use a much "softer" sound, which is, by the way, historically seen, considered the older one. Originally, the "ch" was voiceless and the "g" voiced. Quite soon after the Middle Ages, that difference disappeared and they were both pronounced in the same manner. That is: both "sharp" (as in the video) or both "soft" (as in a large part of the Netherlands - especially in the South - and in Flanders).
