I`ve never tried to freeze it, there is usually nothing left and if there is it tastes even better the next day, but why not, it should be ok to freeze it.

2:15 The recipe in the video and in the description says "tomato puree," but that is clearly "tomato paste." Just thought I'd point this out so perhaps you can fix it in the description. Anyway, I made this last night and wow, it is so so good. Thanks very much for this, and I look forward to checking out your other videos.

You can use a little thyme or dried savory!
