im from dv-2020 law suit. do you think it will have any impact on naturalization next year? What i mean is that looks like under trump there will be extra scrutiny when reviewing applications, can they say thay GC should not be issued in first place during the ban? Or will undermine court decission? I entered, eu national, few days after presidential ban was removed and few days before my expiry date on the visa. I am just worried that our cases may raise some inconsisency issues etc. Should i be worried about this? Thank you ❤
