I think that she's a lefty or she was favoring her taser. I don't know what her thoughts were on her approach. I did like seeing her block the door with one of her legs. This prevents the door from being used as a weapon. A fun drill. Have someone open a car door on you. It hurts and if done with dispatch can knock you over.

they don’t really teach you where to pull over just the safest place possible. in this case this shoulder is the safest. when i was pulled over for doing 90 in a 55 i pulled to the right and turned into a business parking lot

Arkansas state law does state that you must move to the right for any emergency vehicles. I’m a firefighter in the state and have nearly been hit several times due to cars not yielding. Got to always always keep your head on a swivel
