@@pesonanyinyir4960 peel off the garlic, put the garlic into a clean (no water and oil) glass jar. And add some crystal sugar. Then decant the rice vinegar into the jar, until it fully cover the garlic. Seal it for several days, and put it at a warm and light place (usually I just put it in the kitchen). Wait for the garlic changing into green color then you can enjoy it. This pickled garlic and the vinegar are usually used for dipping dumplings or cooking other dish. It’s a very traditional Chinese pickle.

@@pesonanyinyir4960 after opening the pickle, store in the refrigerator. Usually it can be kept in 1 or 2 months. Bon appetit!
