Also I found that if you don’t wanna do the 3 survivor missions you can complete the GRE Aberrations as well and they will count, I do like the machete it’s really cool just wish it had a bit more damage bc even when I fully mod it, it’s still significantly lower dmg than all my other weapons.. still cool to have tho

If anyone is looking for cheese strategies to complete quite a few of the survivor missions (not sure about elite, I haven’t begun those yet…) use the camouflage stuff from the DLC. Since everyone now has access to that, it shouldn’t be too hard. But especially the missions where you go to a few areas and have to search for like 4 containers with supplies in them, surrounded by annoying infected? Just slather some zombie guts and you’re good to go. Assuming you have the resources to craft them of course.

The one very annoying thing about the camouflage is it require rare infected trophies to craft. There's not many consistant way to get them. Farming unique trophies is easier than rare

@@Killer-wi1mryeah it can be a bit expensive. It requires I think 3 medium trophies. But you can get away with just using 1 per area if you’re quick enough. And lots of people can drop you trophies if you join the discord and ask someone will help I’m sure.

my only issue about the tribal machete is when you hit a zombie too much blood will get to the machete. it’s covering the aesthetics

Ok, I did the bounties ans everythint and unlocked it. But the next time I got back on, the weapon disappeared from my inventory AND stash. Nor do I have the blueprint for it either. And when I go back to the website, it says complete. I'm also still missing my gun, too.

For some reason doing the GRE anomaly's also counted towards the still alive quest. Got it done quicker just had to do 4 GRE anomaly's. So no need to do survivor missions if you don't want to.

You can't, they used a crappy fan made map and it stopped a good percentage of the player base from getting both weapons. Hopefully week three doesn't need machete.

Use few boosters. Toughness, Regeneration and for the Toxic one use a toxic resistance booster. finally do carry flares with you, drop them at the horde of enemy to stop them from attacking you. then kill them easily. oh and for the final boss, use grenades. spam it and you are done :)

I know the update is amazing but the game still not good for example 1) when using the bow to kill enemy the arrow sometimes disappears from the body even when head shot kills its unsatisfying to use 2) in the first game zombies used to attack you even if you cut their arms or legs but in dl2 they mostly die I dont like it 3) even the finishers the npc screem when you execute him but his mouth is still closed

You need to access the Community Maps in the main menu of the game. If it doesn’t let you download the community map, you’ll need to logout of the game and then login back again.

Use the infected arrows on the hostile humans and just stand back and watch the video game science/magic at work. You know what, why not, bring the science and magic as well into the game. I really hope DLC 2 is more like the following and less like bozak horde or the prison. Which are both great, same with bloody ties. But they’re just not close to as great as the following was. I’d even love to see the buggy return, and have it be even better! But a new map and story to explore is what I want. I did NOT like the map in the game. I thought it was god awful… even ignoring the giant buildings which obv were meant more for aesthetics than practicality. They wanted their game to LOOK impressive.

Broo yes, i remember finding the variant in game files and asking devs to add it in game. i have like 2 or 3 videos on it from 2016... crazy we got the tribal machete in DL2.
